Values

Recognizing that values have been written about in many ways, in the first paper below we shift our frame of reference to reflect on values as knowledge, and from that viewpoint explore future organizational values that resonate with characteristics of a CUCA environment and a new generation of knowledge workers.  Values (as a noun) have two dimensions (1) that which is highly regarded, and (2) that which is perceived as worthy or desirable.  Thus we consider values as a preference and, like knowledge, they are context sensitive and situation dependent.  This paper is a companion piece to the paper "MULTIDIMENSIONALITY" that is in the ICAP area of the Publications section.
