Change

Change is a continuous part of our everyday environment and, as such, has been an important focus area for the Institute.  A common theme in much of this material is the use of the U.S. Department of Navy change strategy and change elements as an example. This makes sense because it served as a laboratory and learning platform for implementation of our change strategy.  Note that the Strategic Initiative Pulse is introduced in one paper below.
